5w, 1h is "who, what, where, when, why, how"

This is a simple methodology for evaluating people.

1.Who is he kind to?

Is he kind to those who have nothing to do with his own interests? Is he kind to the weak, not the strong? If he's not that kind of person, he'll affect the dividing of the organization.

2.What is he reading?

If he doesn't read anything, there is no reason to look him. If there is anything he reads, you have to find out if the book is for mere fun or has philosophy and knowledge.

3.Where does he look different?

You have to figure out that person in his various interpersonal relationships. Interviews with his family and friends are also helpful. The evaluation of the seniors and juniors of the school and the seniors and juniors of the former workplace will also be helpful. Because if there are other side he doesn't want to show, you'll see them someday.

4.When is he the person you want to be with? 

Is he the one who can be with you even when you are alone. you are comfortable just conversation with him? you don't want to be with him personally? It will be difficult to have in-depth teamwork with him.

5.Why is he angry? 

It's not about not to be angry. Why is he angry? Because of the wrong system? Because of the wrong outcome? it is good. is he angry with someone he doesn't like? getting angry depending on the person, he will be the cause of stress in the organization.

6.How does he start working? 

When he starts a new project, is he the one who is inevitably determined by the atmosphere around him? Then he can give up depending on the circumstances. Is he the one who proposes a new project or voluntarily challenges when someone proposes? If so, good.
