Deformation occurs when any material is applied to a load, and breakage occurs when the deformation is too large.
Sometimes the fracture occurs at a much lower strength, even though the breaking strength that the material can endure is determined. It happens at very unpredictable timing. Such a load is called fatigue load. Such fracture is caused by fatigue. So fatigue is dangerous. This is because destruction occurs in an instant.
Although you may feel the risk of physical fatigue. It is not sensitive to mental fatigue. Fatigue loads are cyclic loads. If repetitive mental fatigue persists, we can get angry at something that isn't a big deal. When things get worse, accidental actions can happen, such as letting go of everything, angering people around you, or acting violently. The result of some action is my wounds and the wounds around me.
It is important to check your mental fatigue.
This is because the problem may increase if you just try to stand it. Personally, I recommend "annoying" as a good point to check mental fatigue. This can be a small cracking point in the mental, like a micro crack in a metallic material. If the irritation without reason repeatedly occurs... mental fatigue is accumulated to some extent.
In the next article, I will consider how to relieve stress compared to fatigue of materials.
